Event Consultation

 Our first step is to review your layout and the available dining space in your restaurant. We take a look at the revenue generated by your regular dining operations to identify when adding event revenue would best benefit your restaurant.  Together, we consider what kinds of events you would like to host and what types of events customers would consider booking in your restaurant venue. We set room rental fees to collect for private space, food and beverage minimums to meet, and any other standards and policies for selling or hosting events at your restaurant.

Creative Design

Our next step is to create event menus, upselling services, food, and beverage options, and design event packages to promote for your restaurant. We develop event contracts and banquet event order templates to use for each event that is booked. We'll also create an event calendar for upcoming hosted events that will work for your venue with enough time to start spreading awareness and sell tickets.

Restaurant Event Awareness

Then we'll get to work on spreading awareness to your existing customers and any one that may be interested in booking an event in the future. We will update your website, directory listings, social media pages, and include information for any email or snail mail marketing.

Selling and Planning Restaurant Events

Now that we are setup for success, it's time to start generating revenue. Acting as your events manager, we will provide information to inquiring customers, engage over the phone and through messaging or email to book events on a shared calendar, working within the agreed availability.  We will plan the details, work with event vendors, negotiate best pricing and maximizing profit margins for your restaurant.

Once contracts are signed, we continue to plan each event with those clients detailing all information on BEOs so your staff will know exactly what each client envisions for their event.  

Day of the Event and Follow-Up

On the day of the event, Savory Services can either be the onsite coordinator to manage the event or if you prefer, we can train an event captain to takeover the event to manage the day of event operations.

After the event concludes, we will do the event follow-up with the kitchen staff, service staff, management, and client individually to identify any areas to improve or change to operate more efficiently.

We will complete revenue and traffic reports and analysis to share with you regularly to make sure that the restaurant is reaching the goals we set, and you are generating the revenue you deserve!
